・Introduction
During an asymmetric cell division,the twodaughter cells may acquiredifferent developmental
potentials by the unequal seregation of cell-fate determinants(intrinsicmechanism) or because
of differential influences from their surroundings(extrinsicmechanism)[Cell1992,68:237-255.]
Drosophila・・・intrinsic+extrinsic=a large number of distinct cell typesthat are organized with
stereotyped spatial relationships toconstitute the central nervous system
(CNS)and the peripheral nervoussystem(PNS).
